All Appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit that will be deducted from your service cost. 

Cancellations are required to be done at Least  24 hours before your appointment time. Faluire to do so will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. 

If your appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the full deposit amount will be transferred to your next service.
